These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of flaango.com ("Website") and the services provided by Flaango, a product of Pexels360 Solutions LLP (Reg. No. AAY-2298), registered in Goa, India ("Company", "we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Flaango is an AI-powered template library. We offer: (a) access to a library of pre-designed HTML templates, and (b) Flaango Studio — a tool that lets you edit any template's text directly, customize the design with AI using plain-English prompts, and copy the finished code. The specific features and limits available to you depend on the plan you are on (Free, Pro, or Max).
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Flaango, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access Flaango Studio, you must create an account using a valid email address. We use one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your email for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately at support [at] flaango [dot] com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. You may not create accounts using false identities, multiple email aliases to circumvent plan limits, or to evade a previous account suspension.
Each plan has specific limits. Free plans get 3 "Finish & Copy Code" credits (lifetime) and 3 AI prompts per template. Paid plans (Pro and Max) get unlimited "Finish & Copy Code" credits and 10 AI prompts per template. Text editing is free and unlimited on all plans.
A "Finish & Copy Code" credit is consumed each time you click "Finish & Copy Code" in Flaango Studio to copy the finished template code to your clipboard. AI prompts are counted per template — loading a new template resets your AI prompt count.
We log IP address and device fingerprint for each customization to detect suspicious activity. Accounts that attempt to circumvent plan limits through multiple signups or automated tools may be suspended.
Studio AI prompts must relate to legitimate template customization. Prompts that attempt to extract our system instructions, bypass content rules described in "Acceptable use," or generate content unrelated to web design may be blocked, and repeat attempts may result in account suspension.
Flaango Studio is an AI-powered tool that generates HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. We use third-party AI providers to process your prompts. Your prompts and generated code may be processed by those providers subject to their respective terms. We do not use your prompts to train AI models beyond the processing required to generate a response.
Templates and code generated by Flaango Studio are provided as-is. We do not guarantee compatibility with every website platform, hosting environment, or email client. You are responsible for testing the code on your site before publishing.
Flaango is a tool for building legitimate websites and digital products. You agree not to use Flaango — including its templates, Studio prompts, generated code, or any output — to create, customize, distribute, or host content that:
(a) Promotes hatred or violence. Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or incites violence against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic. This includes religious hate speech, content mocking sacred symbols or beliefs, content inciting communal or sectarian conflict, and content glorifying terrorism, genocide, or war crimes.
(b) Harasses, bullies, or endangers others. Content that targets specific individuals for harassment, doxxing, stalking, or intimidation. Content that depicts or celebrates cruelty toward people or animals. Content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors in any form.
(c) Deceives, defrauds, or impersonates. Phishing pages, fake login screens, fraudulent storefronts, deceptive financial or investment schemes, fake news sites designed to mislead, impersonation of real businesses, public figures, or institutions, fake reviews or testimonials, and any content intended to deceive users into financial or personal harm.
(d) Spreads dangerous misinformation. Content that promotes medical, public health, or safety misinformation likely to cause real-world harm. Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous "challenges."
(e) Is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise unlawful. Pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, gratuitously violent or gory content, content depicting illegal activity, or content that violates the laws of India, the country where the content is hosted, or the country where its primary audience resides.
(f) Infringes others' rights. Content that infringes intellectual property, trademarks, or publicity rights of third parties. Content that violates the privacy of identifiable individuals.
This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. We reserve sole discretion to determine whether content violates this policy. Building websites for legitimate religious, political, advocacy, journalism, education, or harm-reduction purposes is permitted — what is prohibited is content that attacks, incites, deceives, or endangers, regardless of the topic.
Enforcement. If we determine that you have violated this policy, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice: suspend or terminate your account; remove or refuse to generate any related content; revoke any commercial license granted to such content; report the violation to law enforcement where required by law; and forfeit any remaining time on a paid plan without refund. You are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from content you create using Flaango.
All prices are listed in USD and INR on our website. Payments are processed securely through PayU (for Indian users) and PayPal (for international users). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the respective payment processor. All purchases are one-time payments for a defined plan period — there are no auto-renewals or recurring subscriptions.
Pro plans are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. Max plans are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You will receive renewal reminders before expiry. If your plan expires, your saved customizations enter a 30-day grace period during which you can renew to restore access. After 30 days post-expiry, saved components are permanently deleted. Code you have already copied is yours to keep forever.
Templates obtained under the Free plan are licensed for personal use only. You may modify, customize, and integrate the code into your own personal projects. You may not use Free plan templates for commercial purposes, resell them, or include them in products you sell.
Templates obtained under Pro and Max plans carry a commercial use license. You may: use Flaango templates on your own websites and projects, on client projects, and as part of finished websites or digital products that you sell to clients.
The commercial license does not grant you the right to republish the templates as standalone code on third-party marketplaces (ThemeForest, Gumroad, etc.) in their original or lightly-modified form.
No attribution is required under either license.
The Flaango brand, logo, website design, AI prompts, and platform code remain the intellectual property of Pexels360 Solutions LLP. Templates in the library are designed by or licensed to Flaango.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pexels360 Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your plan in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
