We collect the following information when you use our services: your email address (for account creation and OTP verification), payment information (processed securely through our payment partners PayU and PayPal — we do not store your card details), and limited technical identifiers described below.
When you use Flaango Studio, we store your chat prompts and generated code to maintain your conversation history and track customization usage against your plan limits. We also log your IP address and a device fingerprint (a hash based on browser and hardware characteristics) for each Finish & Copy Code action and AI customization. This helps us detect abuse such as multi-account signup and automated circumvention of plan limits. This data is not used for advertising or shared with third parties.
Your email address is used to create and authenticate your account via OTP, send you service-related communications (payment receipts, renewal reminders, support replies), and respond to your questions. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
We use the following third-party services to operate Flaango: Anthropic Claude API (for AI-powered template generation in Flaango Studio — your prompts are processed by Anthropic subject to their privacy policy), Resend (for sending OTP verification emails), PayU (for processing payments from Indian users), PayPal (for processing international payments), Neon (for database hosting), Upstash (for rate limiting and OTP storage), Vercel (for website hosting), and Cloudflare (for DNS and CDN). We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are cryptographically signed. Payment processing is handled entirely by PayU and PayPal — we never see or store your full card details. Your email address and generated Studio conversations are stored securely in our database.
Your account data and chat history are retained for the duration of your active plan. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, email us at support [at] flaango [dot] com and we will process your request within 7 business days.
We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Our analytics, if any, use privacy-respecting tools that do not track individual users across websites.
