Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on flaango.com, operated by Pexels360 Solutions LLP (Reg. No. AAY-2298), registered in Goa, India.

Refund eligibility

7-day refund window

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you have not substantially used the service (see thresholds below).

Conditions for refund

Pro plan ($29 / ₹2,799): You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 5 "Finish & Copy Code" credits. Beyond this threshold the service is considered substantially used and a refund will not be issued.

Max plan ($199 / ₹17,999): You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 10 "Finish & Copy Code" credits. Beyond this threshold the service is considered substantially used and a refund will not be issued.

Free plan: The Free plan has no charge, so refunds are not applicable.

How to request a refund

Send an email to support [at] flaango [dot] com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (PayU or PayPal). Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation

Flaango plans are one-time payments covering a 12-month period (not auto-renewing subscriptions), so there is no recurring billing to cancel. Your plan simply expires at the end of its validity. You will not be charged again unless you choose to renew.

Non-refundable scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: more than 5 "Finish & Copy Code" credits used on a Pro plan, more than 10 credits used on a Max plan, or a refund request made more than 7 days after the purchase date.

Service issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using your plan as advertised (e.g., Studio is unresponsive, Finish & Copy fails, site is inaccessible), contact us at support [at] flaango [dot] com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and, where warranted, offer a proportional credit or refund at our discretion — even if the usage thresholds above have been crossed.
