This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Pexels360 Solutions LLP ("Flaango", "Company", "we", "us") and you ("Affiliate", "you"). By submitting an application to the Flaango Affiliate Program ("Program") and/or by participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
The Flaango Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to flaango.com. Eligible products include all Flaango Plans (Pro, Max), Flaango Kits (multi-page website kits), and any future paid product or renewal of the foregoing. The Program is designed for content creators, bloggers, YouTubers, influencers, educators, and digital marketing professionals with established audiences.
This Program is not a "refer-a-friend" scheme. It is a performance-based partnership intended for individuals and businesses with demonstrable online reach and the ability to drive qualified traffic to flaango.com through legitimate marketing activities.
To be eligible for the Program, you must:
Applying to the Program does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are manually reviewed by our team. We evaluate applications based on, but not limited to: quality and relevance of your platform, audience size and engagement, content quality, promotional strategy, and alignment with Flaango's brand values.
We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion without providing a reason. Rejected applicants will not receive a notification. Approved applicants will receive an approval email within 3 business days with login credentials for the Affiliate Dashboard.
We reserve the right to revoke approval and terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice, subject to the procedures in Section 14.
Commission rate: 25% on all eligible purchases made by referred customers — Pro plans, Max plans, Kits, renewals, and upgrades.
Permanent attribution: Once a customer makes their first eligible purchase through your referral link, they are permanently attributed to you in our database. You earn 25% on every future purchase that customer makes — for as long as you remain an active affiliate in good standing under this Agreement.
No expiration: There is no time-based cutoff for permanent attribution. Once attributed, the customer remains yours until one of the conditions in Section 6 ("End of attribution") occurs.
Attribution to a specific affiliate happens in two phases:
When a user clicks your referral link (flaango.com/?ref=your-username), a tracking cookie is set in their browser with a 60-day expiration. If the user makes a first purchase within those 60 days, you receive credit for the sale and the user becomes permanently attributed to you in our database.
If the cookie expires before any purchase is made, the cookie attribution lapses. Cookie tracking requires the user's browser to accept cookies; we are not responsible for users who disable cookies, clear cookies, or use private browsing modes that block cookies.
If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the first affiliate whose link was clicked within the 60-day window receives attribution (first-click model). We do not use last-click attribution.
Once a customer makes their first attributed purchase, the cookie is no longer relevant. The customer becomes permanently linked to you in our database. All future purchases by that customer earn you 25% commission, regardless of:
If a person was already a Flaango customer (i.e. they made any purchase before clicking your referral link for the first time), they are considered a Flaango direct customer and are not eligible for attribution to any affiliate. This protects against affiliates attempting to claim credit for customers Flaango acquired organically. No commissions will be paid on existing-customer purchases regardless of cookies, links, or claims.
Permanent attribution between an affiliate and their attributed customers ends only under the following conditions, after which no further commissions accrue on future purchases by those customers:
In all three scenarios, attribution ends with a clean cutoff: pending and approved commissions earned up to the cutoff date will be paid out per Section 8 (subject to the refund window and minimum payout threshold), but no commissions accrue on purchases made by your attributed customers after the cutoff date. Customers do not transfer to another affiliate; they revert to Flaango direct customers.
Every commission moves through a defined status flow, which is visible in your Affiliate Dashboard:
Flaango reserves the right to move a commission from Pending directly to Refunded if the sale is determined to be fraudulent, invalid, or in violation of these Terms. All status changes are performed by Flaango administrators based on transaction records and refund history.
Payout rule: Commissions earned in a given calendar month are paid out during the 1st to 7th of the month two months later.
Example: Commissions earned in April 2026 will be paid between June 1st and 7th, 2026. Commissions earned in May 2026 will be paid July 1st-7th, and so on.
This schedule provides a sufficient refund-buffer window, ensures all sales are confirmed as non-refundable at the time of payout, and aligns with Flaango's monthly accounting cycle.
Only commissions in Approved status at the time of the payout cycle are paid out. Commissions still in Pending status are carried forward to the next payout cycle once they reach Approved status.
Minimum payout thresholds apply:
If your Approved balance does not meet the minimum threshold, it rolls over to subsequent payout cycles and is paid out once the threshold is met. Commission balances are tracked separately by currency (INR and USD) and paid out independently.
You are responsible for providing accurate payout information (UPI ID, bank account details, or PayPal email) in your Affiliate Dashboard before payouts can be processed. We are not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected payouts resulting from incorrect information provided by you. In such cases, Flaango will notify you and the funds will be held until corrected details are provided.
All commissions are paid in the currency of the original sale — INR for Indian customers (via PayU), USD for international customers (via PayPal). Currency conversion is not provided. A single payout will only contain commissions in a single currency.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account, forfeiture of all pending and approved commissions, and permanent ban from the Program:
You must comply with all applicable advertising disclosure laws and regulations, including:
Failure to comply with disclosure requirements may result in termination of your affiliate account.
Flaango grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Flaango's name and logo solely for the purpose of promoting Flaango through the Program. You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from Flaango's intellectual property.
Upon termination of your participation in the Program, you must immediately cease all use of Flaango's name, logo, trademarks, and any other intellectual property, and remove all Program-related materials from your platforms within 3 business days.
Your participation in the Program establishes a relationship of an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture participant of Flaango or Pexels360 Solutions LLP. You have no authority to make any representations, warranties, or commitments on behalf of Flaango. You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations arising from commissions earned through the Program.
Your specific commission rates, earnings, conversion data, and any non-public information shared with you through the Program are confidential. You may not disclose this information to any third party without Flaango's prior written consent. You may state that you are a Flaango affiliate and that you earn commissions, but you may not disclose specific figures, rates, or performance data.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Termination ends future attribution per Section 6.
Flaango may terminate your affiliate account immediately upon discovery of a violation of these Terms. Where a violation is suspected but not confirmed, Flaango may suspend the account pending investigation.
Upon Flaango-initiated termination:
You may leave the Program at any time by sending a written request to support [at] flaango [dot] com from your registered email address. Voluntary termination takes effect on the date Flaango acknowledges your request via email.
Upon voluntary termination:
Flaango reserves the right to discontinue the Affiliate Program in its entirety at any time. In the event of Program closure:
Flaango reserves the right to modify the commission rate, payout thresholds, payout schedule, attribution mechanics, or any other terms of the Program at any time. For changes to the commission rate or payout structure, we will provide 30 days' written notice via email before the change takes effect. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flaango's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months preceding the claim. Flaango makes no warranties regarding the Program, including but not limited to the availability of the Program, the accuracy of tracking, or the volume of traffic or sales you may generate.
Flaango shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flaango, Pexels360 Solutions LLP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of this Agreement; (b) your marketing activities; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any claim that your promotional materials infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as necessary to operate the Program, including your name, email address, payout details, IP address, and performance data. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may retain your personal and business details after termination for compliance, legal, and record-keeping purposes as permitted by applicable law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Flaango regarding the Program and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
